Peace in Pine Quilt Works

                                 Welcome to the Peace in Pine Quilt Works blog.  

The intent of this blog is to showcase the results of our quilting hobby.  We have been creating quilts for many years.  Our first quilt was made in the mid-1980's, - a sampler quilt.  Since that time, we have kept up with the technologies and techniques of this artistic genre.  We are at a point in our quilting journey where we understand our strengths and limitations.  

If you are interested in quilts and enjoy looking at them, you will want to check back here frequently.  We will be posting our new creations on a regular basis.  

You can consider this blog spot your private art gallery.  Instead of paint and canvas, the medium used is fabric and thread.  Additionally, you will find a variety of quilted creations from traditional designs, to modern, art quilts, and original creations, such as the kaleidoscope wall hanging featured at the beginning of the blog.  Further, with each photo there will be a commentary about the quilt.
